Golf Club
Southwest of Westport is Ireland's lake district, a beautiful region by Lough Mask and Lough Conn. Ballinrobe Golf Course is set in the grounds of an old agrucultural college and the greens are always superb
Westport Swimming Pool
Westport leisure park is the home to the very successful Westport Swimming Club. It is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with in Irish swimming circles. The club trains several times each week at the leisure park.
Croagh Patrick
Croagh Patrick (765m) is the undisputed "Holy Mountain" of Ireland. Thousands of pilgrims journey to the top of the mountain each year. The views from the top are breath-taking!

Events
Blugrass festival
In June 2011 it will be five years sinceWestport joined the Bluegrass Family of Ireland. A brilliant few days of music and entertainment.
