Eureka! I found it! It is a culture!

Simply the best animal welfare in Quebec was amazed last year's success of the city of Calgary to resolve the problem of pet overpopulation.

But what BusyBodies have forgotten is that in Quebec there was no education for 40 years. I was the last stand of the spca mtl did in the West with Ms Beullac. Since then, nothing. The turnover of the SPCA seems to think that their existence is simply a form of education. Nothing is further from the truth.

But why not help the rescue workers who collect dogs and cats abandoned and found a good home, why not offer them clinic three times a week to sterilize animal rescuers. We do not even invited on the decisions of "committees" and the best example is still the committee Kelley. So we invited the Association of mushers, no no no-kill shelter participated. This is not the association of sled dogs who will pick up the overflow of dogs in Montreal, it is the rescuers.

reading e-mails that pass through my box and the various links on Facebook allowed me to find the reasons and machinations behind forgetting to invite the rescue:

is a culture

At least these BusyBodies found that the definition of overcrowding is that there are more pets for adoption that n 'there homes to accommodate them. Ben bravo!

For all these years I'm trying to see why spcas prefer to kill the rest of their pets rather than education or adoption blitz is sure it ' but is less work: it is a culture.

The spa was equipped Sherbrooke a gas chamber rather than the mass sterilization or the introduction of its surplus. It is probably a pound, that is where does all the explanation: we can not be both a refuge and a no-kill pound. False. That is what the Americans work and succeed, I should say a company NO KILL .

Their thinking: when shelter is full, it must euthanize or close its receipt. If there is a pound you can not close the front desk so we euthanasia. This way of thinking has done for decades and has become a culture in the spa and spca Quebec. That's because with this notion, there is no excuse to give the good people who cares about the fate of surplus animals: it is a culture.

Instead of attacking the rescuers and destroy their reputations by dealing with a crazy house full of cats, you can work on solutions such as education and mass sterilization? I'm tired of seeing all volunteers work tirelessly in seeking solutions and good homes for their protection when employees complain of spca stress of having to euthanize so many animals and do nothing to help save their lives.

College of Veterinary proved agree to the gas chambers, provided they are called "cabinets of euthanasia." The difference is only in the verbiage, the same cruel way to die and I'm not sure that an injured cat wants to die that way. In addition to not assist in sterilization at low prices, the order justifies the exorbitant price of its members by offering to kill the survivors. I'd like to get their hands on their oath of office.

If we want things to change in Quebec and see the light at the end of the tunnel, this culture must change. The spca snatch all the gifts but do not reinvest in education. These are the rescue workers who educate ordinary people "one by one " one on one "as they say. It's long but at least they do. This is not the case BusyBodies who are more concerned to find a huge salary as Barnotti was in time.

We thought it would change after his departure and that there would be more transparency. False. Did you know you that the SPCA had changed 3 times mtl director during the past year. Is there a (e) member to tell me if there was a meeting General Meeting in November 2010?
